Wow reading this thread, 2 sets of parents (at least) should be ashamed.

First off, a coach yelling medium is ...wait for it....COACHING!

You are supposed to position your fielders and if you have a set phrase to position people, sorry. It happens from little league on, I remember when I used to come to the plate and hear easy out, and watch everybody get closer, you know how you stop that, you hit the ball over their head a few times and you aren't an easy out or a medium.

And if I'm sitting in the stands and a pitcher is throwing outside, inside, high, low and my team is swinging at it, durn straight I'm going to yell at them to make the pitcher work. And if the other team knows that they are aggressive and swinging at everything and trying to put nothing in a good spot, good for them, thats what they should do.

You all ever go to a football game and have a great corner on one side, or a great linebacker who goes to their right better than their left, you don't think they are coached to go at the weak link?

You got a player on a basketball team who is only real threat, a coach doesn't yell deny deny the whole game. It's not downing the others, it is coaching!

And if a fan is seeing it and yelling it, so be it.

People shouldnt use names of people on here who aren't providing it and some of you really need to chill. I remember some parents who were like this to their kids growing up, and the kids were great kids, never said a word, but when they got out of school, they got about as far away from them as they could, because they had been embarassed for years.

When the parents are cheering an injury, then be disappointed in them. If they are trying to support their team, without really coming out and saying hey so and so sucks, etc....deal with it!
